Okatsune 103 Bypass Secateurs - Made in Japan, the blades of these secateurs are very hard and stay sharper for longer due to the Japanese steel used in manufacture. Sap is drawn away from the blades because of their unique design. The spring is 'V' shaped which distributes the load evenly over the length of the spring making for a soft closing action. The lock catch at the bottom of the handle has an easy action that is simple to use even with wet and dirty hands or gloves.
